PUBLIC NOTICE Legacy 6, Inc., is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecologys Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project is for construction of a new Skyview High School Trades Building and associated parking and utilities at 1300 NW 139th St., Vancouver, WA 98685 (Clark County). This project involves 2.598 acres of soil disturbance for Other (Education) construction activities. All discharges and runoff go to ground water.
