CITY OF CAMAS REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR NORTH SHORE BOULEVARD CITY OF CAMAS PROJECT NO. STR25004 / WTR26002 The City of Camas (City) solicits interest from consulting firms or teams with expertise in Civil, Structural, Environmental and Geotechnical Engineering, Real Estate Services, Project Management and Surveying for performing work under FHWA/WSDOT and City requirements. This work shall consist of project management, preliminary engineering, design engineering, right-of-way acquisition and environmental permitting including work within critical and sensitive areas. The selected consultant should also have experience identifying, evaluating, and incorporating innovative funding, financing, and project delivery strategies, including grant opportunities and other traditional and non-traditional funding mechanisms, such as growth-related financing tools, to maximize project funding and implementation. The City may elect to expand the consultants scope of work to include future project phases, such as Final Engineering, Right-of-Way (ROW), and Construction (CN), including engineering, construction management, and field support services. Although the initial phase of work will be funded with local funds, the consultant shall perform the work in a manner that maintains the projects eligibility for future state and federal funding opportunities, including compliance with applicable federal requirements, documentation, and processes necessary to support future reimbursement and implementation. The contract type is Negotiated Hourly Rate. This Contract has been assigned a 0% DBE goal for the PE Phase, however there is a voluntary 10% SBE Goal on this project.
