NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a public hearing will be held at 9:00 a.m. on the 11th day of August, 2026, at the Districts Operations Building 8600 NE 117th Avenue, Vancouver, Washington, for the purpose of considering the establishment of the proposed LUDs including a determination of the initial assessment estimates for capitalized costs. This meeting will be an in-person and virtual meeting.
