PUBLIC NOTICE SRG Development, LLC, Greg Kubicek, PO BOX 940 Vancouver, WA 98666, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecologys Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, Heartwood North, is located North of NE 109th way & NE 142nd Ave. Northeast of NE 137th Ave & NE 109th St. South of NE 138th Ave and West of NE 11th St & NE 143rd Ave in Vancouver, Clark County. This project involves 29.04 acres of soil disturbance for Residential, Utilities and Other associated construction activities. The receiving water is an Unnamed canal/ditch. Any persons desiring to present their views to the Washington State Department of Ecology regarding this Application, or interested in Ecologys action on this Application, may notify Ecology in writing no later than 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice. Ecology reviews public comments and considers whether discharges from this project would cause a measurable change in receiving water quality, and, if so, whether the project is necessary and in the overriding public interest according to Tier II anti-degradation requirements under WAC 173-201A-320.
