INVITATION TO BID ITB #DRA26-01 Traction Elevator Modernization Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Vancouver Downtown Redevelopment Authority (DRA), Washington, for ITB #DRA26-01 Traction Elevator Modernization bids up to the hour of 11:00 a.m., Pacific Local Time, Tuesday, August 18, 2026 and will publicly open and read aloud at that time on the same day in the Vancouver City Hall, 415 W 6th St, Vancouver, Washington and via an online platform. The Vancouver Downtown Redevelopment Authority in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
