BATTLE GROUND CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PLANNED FINAL ACTION FOR CONDEMNATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with sections 8.12.005 and 8.25.290 of the Revised Code of Washington, the Battle Ground City Council, at a meeting on MONDAY, AUGUST 3, 2026, will consider an ordinance authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to commence condemnation actions to acquire land, rights-of-way, and/or easements relating to the SW Eaton Boulevard Improvements Project. The Council may take final action relating to said ordinance during the meeting. According to the tax rolls of Clark County, the ownership and tax parcel numbers of the property affected by this proposed final action for condemnation are as follows: Ownership: Phillip Matoy and Celeste Matoy Tax parcel numbers: 192406000; 192363000 The meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Battle Ground City Hall, 109 SW 1st Street, 2nd Floor, Battle Ground, Washington.
