INVITATION TO BID ITB # 26-27: NE 157th Ct. Stormwater Retrofit Notice is hereby given that the City of Vancouver, Washington, will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 11:00 a.m., Pacific Local Time, Tuesday, August 4, 2026 and will publicly open and read aloud at that time on the same day in the Vancouver City Hall, 415 W 6th St, Vancouver, Washington, for the following: This Contract provides for the installation of storm pipe, storm structures, asphalt restoration and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications. Contractor shall furnish and install approximately 70 LF of 12 storm pipe, 120 LF of 12 perforated storm pipe with infiltration trench, 4 standard precast drywells, and (2) 2-filter cartridge catch basins connected with 8 pipe and flexible couplers within the street. Contractor shall fill existing swale to grade, remove a ditch inlet, and abandon 1 pipe and 1 manhole. Contractor shall also restore roadway pavement on completion of construction. The Contract Work shall be Physically Complete within 45 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed. The City of Vancouver in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The City of Vancouver is committed to providing equal opportunities to State of Washington certified Minority, Disadvantaged and Womens Business Enterprises in contracting activities.
