GREEN MOUNTAIN SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 103 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND ADOPTION OF 2026-27 BUDGET Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors (the Board) of Green Mountain School District No. 103, Clark County, Washington (the District) has completed the Districts 2026-27 budget, which includes a summary of the four-year budget plan. The budget will be available at the district office and a copy will be furnished on request. Additionally, the budget will also be published electronically on the Districts website at https://greenmountainschool.us/ The Board will hold a public budget hearing on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at Green Mountain School District (8th grade classroom) 13105 NE Grinnell Road, Woodland, WA 98674 for the purpose of presenting the budget to the public and receiving public comment for or against the budget, the four-year budget plan, or any proposed changes to uses of educational programs and operation levy funding. Immediately following the public hearing, the Board shall, by resolution, adopt the budget, the four-year budget plan summary, the four-year enrollment projection and the appropriations as finally determined (as part of its regular meeting Business Items). Any person may comment at the meeting before the Board and be heard for or against any part of the budget, the four-year budget plan, or any proposed changes to uses of educational programs and operation levy funding.
