REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RFP # 39-26: Electric Vehicle Charging Pilot Notice is hereby given that the City of Vancouver, Washington, will receive sealed proposals up to the hour of 3:00 p.m., Pacific Local Time, August 5, 2026, for the following. The City of Vancouver is seeking proposals from suppliers or a team of suppliers to support the purchase and operation of Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers at public sites across the City of Vancouver. This RFP is intended to procure charging systems, including charging hardware, backend software, payment processing capability, and customer support services as described herein. Site design, engineering, construction, installation, and ongoing maintenance services have been and/or will be completed under separate solicitations and contracts. A NON-MANDATORY Virtual Pre-Submittal Meeting will take place on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 1:00 pm. Attendance is not a pre-requisite for submitting a proposal. Comments by City Staff will be limited to a review of the project.
