COUNTY of CLARK INVITATION TO BID NO. 2833 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT SEALED BIDS will be received by the Clark County Council in the Office of Purchasing/General Services, 1300 Franklin Street, Suite 650, Vancouver, Washington, UNTIL 1:50 pm, on the 30th of June 2026, for the purpose of securing the: Blurock Parking Lot Paving Preservation Project Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Councilors Hearing Room, 6th Floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, Washington 98660, at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 30, 2026, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. Bid specifications may be requested by emailing the Office of Purchasing/General Services at purchasing@clark.wa.gov . The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 10:00 am. Attendees shall meet in the Blurock Landing Parking Lot located at 800 NW Lower River Road, Vancouver WA 98660. Title VI Statement Clark County, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
