Clark County is soliciting proposals for: Request for Proposal #960 Heritage Farm Community Trail The Request for Proposal documents are available to view at: https://clark.wa.gov/internal-services/request-proposal-1 Proposals shall be received in the Purchasing Office, 1300 Franklin Street, Suite 650, Vancouver, Washington 98660, until, but not later than 11:00 am, on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. A non-mandatory site visit will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 10:00 - 11:30 am to permit consultants to walk the property. Attendees shall meet on the south side of the administrative building located at 1919 NE 78th Street, Vancouver WA 98665. Title VI Statement Clark County, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
