The Judgment forecloses the interests of all the Defendants in and to the following described property (the Property) commonly known as 14621, 14623, and 14625 NE Coast Pine Court, Vancouver, Washington 98684 for the total sum of $4,156,199.10, with interest thereon at the rate of 10.900% per annum beginning on April 13, 2026, until satisfied. The Property situated in Clark County, State of Washington, is legally described as: LOTS 5, 6, AND 7, HEARTHWOOD I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN VOLUME G OF PLATS, PAGE 536, RECORDS OF CLARK COUNTY, WASHINGTON. EXCEPT THAT PORTION OF LOT 7, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:BEGINNING AT THE MOST NORTHERLY CORNER OF LOT 8 OF SAID HEARTHWOOD I; THENCE NORTH 554626 EAST 8.59 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 011229 WEST 123.90 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 533659 WEST 8.84 FEET; THENCE NORTH 011259 EAST 124.31 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
