Transportation Benefit District Meeting Agenda May 18, 2026 6:30 PM 415 W. 6th St., Vancouver, WA Cityofvancouver.us/tbd Call to Order and Roll Call Community Communication This is the place on the agenda where the public is invited to speak to Directors regarding any matter on the Agenda not already scheduled for Public Hearing. Approval of 2026 Regular Board Meetings Schedule A RESOLUTION of the Vancouver Transportation Benefit District regarding setting regular meeting dates for 2026. Staff Report: TBD26-001 Request: On Monday, May 18, 2026, adopt a resolution setting regular board meeting dates for the remainder of 2026. Biennial Work Plan and Biennial Budget 2025/2026 Biennium A RESOLUTION of the Vancouver Transportation Benefit District (TBD) amending the Biennial Work Plan and Biennial Budget, for the 2025/2026 biennium. Staff Report: TBD26-003 Request: On Monday, May 18, 2026, adopt a resolution issuing the annual report for 2025 entitled 2025 Annual Report to the Public.
