PUBLIC NOTICE Lennar Northwest, LLC, David Force, 17801 SE 6th Way Ste 100 Vancouver, WA 98683-7579, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecologys Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, Vineyard Vista, is located on parcel 258903000, approximately 50 feet East of NE North Fork Ave, 115 feet North of the intersection of E 24th Cir and E Lucas St, and approximately 1,700 feet Northeast of the intersection of W 19th St and NE North Fork Ave. in La Center in Clark County. This project involves 24.5 acres of soil disturbance for Highway or Road, Residential, Utilities, construction activities. The receiving waters are an Unnamed Tributary to Brezee Creek, and an additional Unnamed stream. Any persons desiring to present their views to the Washington State Department of Ecology regarding this Application, or interested in Ecologys action on this Application, may notify Ecology in writing no later than 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice. Ecology reviews public comments and considers whether discharges from this project would cause a measurable change in receiving water quality, and, if so, whether the project is necessary and in the overriding public interest according to Tier II anti-degradation requirements under WAC 173-201A-320.
