INVITATION TO BID ITB #26-16: ANNUAL GENERATOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR Notice is hereby given that the City of Vancouver, Washington, will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 11:00 a.m., Pacific Local Time, May 19, 2026 and will publicly open and read aloud at that time on the same day in the Vancouver City Hall, 415 W 6th St, Vancouver, Washington, for the following: This Contract provides for annual maintenance, load bank testing, service and immediate-need repairs of City owned generators. Locations of generators include generators at City facilities, water stations, wastewater stations and portable generators, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The City intends to award one Contract for a period of one (1) year, with the option to extend for four (4) additional years. The City of Vancouver in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
