NOTICE OF TRUSTEES SALE OF COMMERCIAL LOAN I. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Successor Trustee, Jesse C. Ormond, attorney at law, of Sokol, Larkin, Wagner & Storti, LLC, will on May 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM PST at the main entrance of the Clark County Superior Court, 1200 Franklin Street, Vancouver, Washington 98660, sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder, payable at the time of sale, the following described real property (hereinafter, the Property), situated in the County of Clark, State of Washington, to-wit: Street Address: 43400 NE 309th Ave., Amboy, WA 98601. II. No action commenced by the Beneficiary of the Deed of Trust is now pending to seek satisfaction of the obligation in any Court by reason of the Borrowers or Grantors default on the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust. The default for which this foreclosure is made is as follows: failure to make minimum payments pursuant to the Promissory Note, failure to cure default despite notice and request, and failure to pay when due the following amounts which are now in arrears: $1,512,640.26. The sum owing on the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust is: $1,512,640.26, together with interest as provided in the Promissory Note from May 3, 2023, and such other costs and fees as are due under the Promissory Note and as are provided by statute. V. The Property will be sold to satisfy the expense of sale and the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust as provided by statute.
