REQUEST FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING/ARCHITECTS STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS Notice is hereby given that the Purchasing Department of Public Utility District No. 1 of Clark County will receive Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for preliminary engineering and final engineering design, specifications, contract documents, construction cost estimates, design reports, technical support, and construction support of a new warehouse facility adjacent to the existing warehouse at the River Road Generating Plant. The general scope of services shall also demonstrate the capability to perform construction inspection and assist with construction management. This solicitation shall henceforth be known as Request for Qualifications No. 495, Statement of Qualifications New Warehouse Facility at River Road Generating Plant. A non-mandatory informational meeting with interested consultants will be held Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time, at the River Road Generating Plant location at 5201 Old Lower River Road, Vancouver, WA 98660. Please meet promptly in the Administration Building (hard hats and safety glasses will be required). Statement of Qualification responses are to be submitted via email to afriesen@clarkpud.com no later than 2:00 P.M. Pacific Time on Thursday, May 7, 2026. Professional engineering firms desiring to submit a Statement of Qualifications shall download the RFQ No. 495 document(s) which specifically defines the scope of the project, as well as submittal requirements and selection criteria at https://clarkpud.procureware.com. In addition, firms who are not registered on Clark Public Utilities purchasing website should complete their registration in the appropriate Professional Engineering and Architectural classification(s) and upload a completed GSA SF330 form (registrations made without uploading a completed form SF330 will not be approved for inclusion in the roster) at https://clarkpud.procureware.com. Contact Clark Public Utilities Purchasing Department at 360-992-8041 for clarification or questions with utilizing the Clark Public Utilities ProcureWare website. Clark Public Utilities encourages disadvantaged, minority, women-owned, and veteran owned consulting firms to respond.
