NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL SURPLUS PROPERTY Pursuant to RCW 57.08.015, notice is hereby given that Clark Regional Wastewater District intends to sell certain surplus personal property as follows: 2018 Ford Transit Van, VIN 1FTYR1CM1JKA11396 This vehicle, which has been declared surplus to the Districts needs, will be sold at public sale by GovDeals.com, commencing at 9:00 am PT, on April 1, 2026. This vehicle will be sold by public sale to the highest bidder, and payment in full is due within five business days of the auction closing. There is a 12.5% buyers fee for all purchases made. All vehicles are sold as-is. The auction service reserves the right to reject any and all bids for good cause.
