REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS RFQ# 21-26: ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE RELOCATION OF FIRE STATIONS 3 AND 6 Notice is hereby given that the City of Vancouver, Washington, will receive sealed responses up to the hour of 3:00 p.m., Pacific Local Time, April 8, 2026, for the following: The City of Vancouver is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms/individuals for consulting services to provide Architectural and Engineering Design Services for the relocation of Fire Stations 3 and 6. A NON-MANDATORY Pre-Submittal Meeting will take place on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 2:00 PM. This meeting with be hybrid, participants can choose to participate in person or virtually. The in person meeting will be at City Hall, 415 W 6th Street, Vancouver WA 98660. To attend virtually the Microsoft Teams information can be found online. Attendance is not a pre-requisite for submitting a proposal. Comments by City Staff will be limited to a review of the project. The City of Vancouver in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The City of Vancouver is committed to providing equal opportunities to State of Washington certified Minority, Disadvantaged and Womens Business Enterprises in contracting activities.
