REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS RFQ# 21-26: ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE RELOCATION OF FIRE STATIONS 3 AND 6 Notice is hereby given that the City of Vancouver, Washington, will receive sealed responses up to the hour of 3:00 p.m., Pacific Local Time, April 8, 2026, for the following: The City of Vancouver is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms/individuals for consulting services to provide Architectural and Engineering Design Services for the relocation of Fire Stations 3 and 6. A NON-MANDATORY Pre-Submittal Meeting will take place on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 2:00 PM. This meeting with be hybrid, participants can choose to participate in person or virtually. The in person meeting will be at City Hall, 415 W 6th Street, Vancouver WA 98660. To attend virtually the Microsoft Teams information can be found online. Attendance is not a pre-requisite for submitting a proposal. Comments by City Staff will be limited to a review of the project.
