Notice of Business Dissolution SCOTTON LANDING 3, LLC., a Washington limited liability company (the LLC), was dissolved by its members effective February 28, 2026. Pursuant to RCW 23B.14.030, LLC requests that any person believing to have a claim against LLC present such claim to LLC in writing. The claim should include the name of claimant, and, if a legal entity, the name of the authorized representative of claimant; claimants business location and mailing address, and telephone number; a brief description of claim, date the claim arose, including the total dollar amount claimed; and a copy of all contracts, invoices, and other documentation upon which the claim is based.
