State law requires a statement that the actual assessment for capitalized costs may vary from assessment estimates so long as they do not exceed a figure equal to the increased true and fair value the street lights add to the property, however, the District represents that the actual capitalized costs will not exceed the amount included in the estimated assessments shown in the petition. Any persons having an interest therein or desiring to make objections thereto may appear and be heard. PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1 OF CLARK COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS Sherry S.
