NOTICE OF INTENT TO CREATE LOCAL UTILITY DISTRICTS FOR STREET LIGHTING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Public Utility District No. I of Clark County Board of Commissioners, at their regular meeting on the 6th day of January, 2026, adopted Resolutions of Intent to create Local Utility Districts for Street Lighting as follows: LUD NO. ~ PROPERTY DESCRIPTION 1498 ~ Lots 1 through 17 inclusive, of RVHB Cottage Subdivision, in a portion of the Northeast quarter of Section 30, Township 3 North, Range 2 East of the Willamette Meridian in Clark County, WA. 1499 ~ Lots 1 through 59 inclusive, of St. Johns & 109th Cottages, in a portion of the Northeast quarter of Section 31, Township. North, Range 0 East of the Willamette Meridian in Clark County, WA. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a public hearing will be held at 9:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of February, 2026, at the Districts Operations Building , 8600 NE 117th Avenue, Vancouver, Washington, for the purpose of considering the establishment of the proposed LUDs including a determination of the initial assessment estimates for capitalized costs. This meeting will be an in-person and virtual meeting.
