INVITATION TO BID ITB 26-9: Marine Park Headwork Equipment Replacement Notice is hereby given that the City of Vancouver, Washington, will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 11:00 a.m., Pacific Local Time, Tuesday, February 24, 2026 and will publicly open and read aloud at that time on the same day in the Vancouver City Hall, 415 W 6th St, Vancouver, Washington, for the following: This Contract provides for the replacement of three existing climber screens, existing shaftless screw conveyor, and two existing hydraulic ram presses. The Work includes removal of existing equipment and demolition of concrete as needed to install new perforated plate screens, Sutro weirs, shaftless screw conveyor, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications. An optional pre-bid meeting is to be held at 2:00 PM, local time, on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at Marine Park Engineering, located at 4500 SE Columbia Way, Vancouver, WA 98661. Interested prime contractors are encouraged to attend. Interested prime contractors are encouraged to attend. At this meeting questions concerning the Contract Documents and the proposed work will be discussed. The Contract Work shall be Physically Complete within 325 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed. The City of Vancouver in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
