REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS The Lower Columbia Community Action Council (Lower Columbia CAP) is soliciting quotations for the narrative and pricing from photovoltaic (PV) system installers (Solar Contractor) to design, furnish and install approximately 71kW DC of roof-mounted photovoltaic capacity on the Soundview Apartments in Longview, WA (the Project). The project will interconnect to the utility side of the customers meters, and the generation credits will be measured by Cowlitz Public Utility District (the PUD) and distributed to the residents as a bill credit.
