Halbert Construction Services LLC Seeking Subcontractors for Job Order Contract (JOC) Halbert Construction Services (HCS) has been awarded a Job Order Contract, No. C-102122, with the City of Vancouver in the State of Washington. This Job Order Contract is for a two (2) year term starting 12/15/2025 and ending 12/14/2027, with an optional third year. Halbert Construction anticipates, in the upcoming year, the performance of public works projects of various sizes and scope through this Job Order Contract throughout Vancouver, WA. Work is to include, but not be limited to, interior renovations, tenant improvements, interior mechanical, electrical, and structural work, as well as concrete work, asphalt paving, underground utilities, parks and grounds, communication network installation, channelization, permanent signing, and installation of electrical traffic control devices such as flashing beacons and radar feedback signals. The City expects the average job to be less than $100,000. In support of these efforts, we are seeking highly qualified, safety and quality conscious subcontractors of all trades and specialties to join our team.
