REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS The Lower Columbia Community Action Council (Lower Columbia CAP) is soliciting quotations for the narrative and pricing from photovoltaic (PV) system installers (Solar Contractor) to design, furnish and install approximately 71kW DC of roof-mounted photovoltaic capacity on the Soundview Apartments in Longview, WA (the Project). The project will interconnect to the utility side of the customers meters, and the generation credits will be measured by Cowlitz Public Utility District (the PUD) and distributed to the residents as a bill credit. The PUD is a supporting partner in the project providing technical and management assistance as well as facilitating the incentive funding and energy bill credits. Bonneville Environmental Foundation (BEF) is supporting the project with technical and management assistance. The project is funded primarily from the WSU Community Solar Incentive Program (https://www.energy.wsu.edu/RenewableEnergy/CommunitySolarProgram.aspx) and is subject to terms and conditions from this program and an agreement between the PUD and Lower Columbia CAP for this Project. Note: This is not a traditionally net metered project and will deviate from the PUDs standard requirements. Nov. 18, 19, 20, 21 - 1049720
