PUBLIC NOTICE Bridgeway Baptist Church is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecologys Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project is for construction of a new church building and associated parking and utilities at 7810 NE 117th Avenue, Vancouver, WA 98662 (Clark County). Construction activities will disturb 2.5 acres of land. All discharges and runoff go to ground water.
