NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Clark County Council will hold a public hearing at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, June 3, 2025, to consider: Adoption of the 2025 Amended Annual Construction Program in accordance with RCW 36.81.121, WAC 136-16-010, and WAC 136-16-042. The ACP is an element of the Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). This public hearing will be held in hybrid format. The public is encouraged to participate in the following ways: ~ In person attendance in the Councils Hearing Room, 6th Floor, Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666 ~ Virtually via WebEx (join by phone or computer): information for the meetings will be posted on the Meeting Agendas & Archives page one week prior to the meeting: https://clark.wa.gov/councilors/clark-county-council-meetings ~ Submit written comments via the County website at https://www.clark.wa.gov/councilors/public-comment ~ Read your comments into the record.
