NOTICE OF INTENT TO CREATE LOCAL UTILITY DISTRICTS FOR STREET LIGHTING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Public Utility District No. I of Clark County Board of Commissioners, at their regular meeting on the 6th day of May, 2025, adopted Resolutions of Intent to create Local Utility Districts for Street Lighting as follows: LUD NO. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION 1491 Lots 1 through 10 inclusive, of NE 58th Ave., in a portion of the Northwest quarter of Section 31, Township 3 North, Range 2 East of the Willamette Meridian in Clark County, WA. 1492 Lots 1 through 56 inclusive, of Ramble Creek PUPD PH 5, in a portion of the Southeast quarter of Section 12, Township 3 North, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian in Clark County, WA. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a public hearing will be held at 9:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of Jun, 2025, at the Districts Operations Building , 8600 NE 117th Avenue, Vancouver, Washington, for the purpose of considering the establishment of the proposed LUDs including a determination of the initial assessment estimates for capitalized costs. This meeting will be an in-person and virtual meeting.
