PUBLIC NOTICE Ginn Group, LLC, Tyler Phillips, 502 NE 72nd St Vancouver, WA 98665-8096, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecologys Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, Four Creeks South Subdivision, is located at 18216 NE 29th Ave in Ridgefield in Clark County, Washington.
