The Judgment forecloses the interests of all the Defendants in and to the following described property (the Property) commonly known as 34921 NE Amboy Road, Yacolt, WA 98675, for the total sum of $302,232.83, with interest thereon at the rate of 5.750% per annum beginning on December 17, 2024, until satisfied. The Property situated in Clark County, State of Washington, is legally described as: That portion of the South half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 5 North, Range 3 East of the Willamette Meridian in Clark County, Washington, lying East of County Road No. 16 and West of that certain railroad right-of-way as conveyed to Harbor Plywood Corporation by deed recorded under Auditors File No. G 1964, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of said County Road No. 16 and the South line of the South half of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 35; thence East along the South line of said subdivision 325 feet; thence North at right angles to the South line of said subdivision 140 feet; thence West parallel with the South line of said subdivision 154 feet, more or less, to the centerline of said County Road No. 16; thence Southwesterly, along said centerline 220 feet, more or less to the point of beginning.
