NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Clark County Council will hold a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 4th day of March 2025 to consider the County Engineers Report on the advisability of vacating the right of way for a portion of Northeast 45th Avenue. Legal Description All of that County Road right-of-way, being 60.00 feet in width, described in that quitclaim deed to Clark County, Washington as recorded under Auditors File Number 3047842 on December 29, 1998 lying within Lot 4 of that Short Plat recorded in Book 1 of Plats, at Page 756 on July 15, 1980 in the Southeast Quarter of Section 12 in Township 2 North, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian in Clark County, Washington. Clark County to retain easements for existing utilities. This public hearing will be held in hybrid format. The public is encouraged to participate in the following ways: o In person attendance in the Councils Hearing Room, 6th Floor, Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666 oVirtually via WebEx (join by phone or computer): information for the meetings will be posted on the Meeting Agendas & Archives page one week prior to the meeting: https:// clark.wa.gov/councilors/clark-county-council-meetings o Submit written comments via the County website at https://www.clark.wa.gov/councilors/public-comment o Read your comments into the record.
