Legal Notice Sole Source Advertisement Educational Service District No. 112 (ESD 112) contemplates awarding a sole source contract to Evaluation and Research Micro Services, LLC (ERMS), for a 12-month period to oversee collection, monitoring and management of all data collected for HDH program goals and objectives, including analyzing data and providing reports on outcomes. This is a continuing partnership with ERMS. The contract will be issued on or about February 17th, 2025. Vendors contemplating the above requirements are required to submit capability statements detailing their ability to meet ESD 112 within five (5) business days of this announcement. In the absence of other qualified sources, it is the intent of ESD 112 to make the sole source award of the contract.
