Public Notice AVY Properties LLC, Vataliy Zhomiru, 6168 NE Highway 99 Ste 202 Vancouver, WA 98665-8744, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecologys Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, St Johns & 109th Cottage Housing, is located at 11109 NE St Johns RD, and 7002 NE 109th St Vancouver WA 98686 Clark County. This project involves 6.05 acres of soil disturbance for Residential, Stormwater, Utilities and road construction activities. Stormwater will be collected in two on-site detention systems and Stormfilters prior to discharge into public storm system. The receiving waterbody is Curtin Creek.
