INVITATION TO BID ITB 25-03: Oakbrook Park Development Project Notice is hereby given that the City of Vancouver, Washington, will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 11:00 a.m., Pacific Local Time, Tuesday, January 7, 2024 and will publicly open and read aloud at that time on the same day in the Vancouver City Hall, 415 W 6th St, Vancouver, Washington, for the following: This Contract provides for construction of play area with play mound, pickleball courts with chain link fencing and pickleball net system, concrete curbs, and concrete and asphalt surfaces; excavating and grading; installation of play equipment, benches, trash receptacles, drinking fountain, bike racks, barrier fences and railings, Portland Loo restroom and rubberized safety surfacing. Installation of new trees, shrubs, and seeded lawns compete with irrigation, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications. The following products will be furnished by the City of Vancouver for the contractor to install: ~ Manufacturer To Be Determined Climbing Sculptures and Posts with Toppers ~ Landscape Structures Inc Mound Handgrips ~ Omega II Fence Systems Barrier Fences and Railings ~ Entry Sign Graphic ~ Rule Sign Graphic ~ Double check valve ~ Portland Loo The Work shall be Substantially Complete by August 29, 2025. The City of Vancouver in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
