NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CLARK COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clark County Council will conduct a public hearing on Friday, December 6, 2024 at 9am, in the Councilors Hearing Room, sixth floor, Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin St., Vancouver, Wash. to consider the following: 2025-2045 Comprehensive Plan Update: Clark County is in the process of updating the 2016 Comprehensive Growth Management Plan (Comprehensive Plan). In addition, the cities of Battle Ground, Camas, La Center, Ridgefield, Washougal, Woodland, and Yacolt are also updating their comprehensive plans. The land use alternatives proposed for those cities and the county in their updated comprehensive plans will be evaluated as part of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) as required by RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). They can be found at the top of the meeting page, as well as in the related document portion of that meeting entry. ~ You may submit items like maps, photos, graphics, articles, legal history, etc., to become part of the record of the countys decision. To do so, you must provide the item. Hand it to staff at the meeting, attach it to your digital testimony, or physically send it via USPS or a delivery service that will get it to the county before the meeting. Referring to an item, sending a link to an item, or showing an item during testimony without giving it to staff, for example, would not enter an item into the record. The staff report and related materials will be available 15 days prior to the hearing date on the countys web page listed above. Copies are also available by request to staff member listed above.
