NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by Clark County, Washington until 1:50 P.M. on December 17, 2024 for: CRP # 333622, Project No. 0002437, Orchards Sifton Adaptive Signals project. Sealed bids shall be delivered to the office of Clark County Purchasing, Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Suite 650, Vancouver, Washington 98660 (or P.O. Box 5000, Vancouver, WA 98666-5000). Bids delivered to locations other than as indicated above or received after the time indicated above will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, on the same day in the Hearing Room of the Clark County Council, 6th Floor of the Public Service Center. Description of work: This project will install new fiber optic interconnect (high-speed Ethernet) cable along sections of NE 76th Street, NE 99th Street, Ward Road and crossing SR 503 at the Clark County Traffic Signal Shop (NE 149th Street/SR 503). Expand ITS and Systems Engineering data collection and documentation. Add Synchro Green Adaptive devices at eight existing signalized county intersections. Provide new ITS Cameras installed at eight existing signalized intersections. Primary bid items: Temporary Traffic Control; Traffic Signal Systems; ITS System. Bid documents can be viewed, downloaded, or purchased on the Builders Exchange of Washington (BXWA) website www.bxwa.com (Posted Projects, Public Works, Clark County and Projects Bidding). Bidders are encouraged to Register as a Bidder in order to receive automatic email notification of future addenda and to be placed on the Bidders List. Electronic and paper copies of bid documents are not available from Clark County. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to obtain Addenda, if any.
