IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON IN AND FOR CLARK COUNTY CAUSE NO: 24C1047-3 SUMMONS FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION GARY RIDDER, an individual, PLAINTIFF, v. RICHARD WILLIS, dba RW Landscaping, a sole proprietorship, DEFENDANT.
