The Complaint is brought against you for breach of contract and breach of guaranty. This action arises out of Interstate Drop Box LLCs failure to timely pay invoices as required under the terms of the contract signed by Brent Daniels as the owner of Interstate Drop Box LLC on or about June 8, 2017. Brent Daniels personally guaranteed payment to H&H Wood Recyclers, Inc., of the entire account. Plaintiff seeks damages stemming from defendants failure to pay. This Summons is published by order of the Honorable Emily A. Sheldrick, Clark County Superior Court Judge, made and entered on the 20th day of June 2024, directing publication of this Summons each week for six (6) consecutive weeks in The Columbian.
