Request for Qualifications for Construction Management Services PROJECT #2023-2024-001 The Ridgefield School District, 510 Pioneer Street, Ridgefield, WA 98642, will receive Statements of Qualification for construction management services until Monday, October 9, 2023, 3:00 p.m., Pacific Time. PURPOSE OF RFQ The Ridgefield School District (the District), Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified construction management services providers for projects contained in their pre-bond planning scope and potential upcoming capital projects bond to be voted on by the Ridgefield community in 2024. Projects to include a new elementary school, new 5-8 school, high school additions, and various capital renewal projects throughout the District. Paula McCoy of the Ridgefield School District is the sole point of contact in the District for this selection process. Copies of the RFQ will be available beginning Wednesday, September 11, 2023 on the Districts website at https://www.ridgefieldsd.org/page/finance. All correspondence pertaining to this RFQ should be directed to: Paula McCoy Ridgefield School District Executive Director of Business Services paula.mccoy@ridgefieldsd.org Proposals will be accepted electronically, no later than 3:00 p.m., Thursday, October 9, 2023. The District reserves the right to reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the District if it is in the public interest to do so.
