NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Clark County Council will hold a public hearing at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, the 3rd day of October 2023, in the Hearing Room, 6th floor, Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, Washington, to consider the County Engineers Report on the advisability of vacating the right of way for a portion of Northwest 9th Avenue. Legal Description All that portion of Home Avenue and Harvey Avenue lying between Lot 1, Lot 13 and Lot 14, being a 40- foot right of way, dedicated to Clark County, Washington per the Plat of Reid Garden Tracts, as recorded on October 8, 1912, records of Clark County Auditor lying in Section 24, Township 5 North, Range 2 East, W.M. Excepting any portion of Reid Highway where it intersects Harvey Avenue lying 30 feet northerly of the present day monumented Centerline of NE Reid Road, and excepting any portion of Amboy Street running northerly and southerly lying between Lot 14 and Lot 15 and Lot 16 per the said Reid Garden Tracts.
