NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Clark County Council will hold a public hearing at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, the 3rd day of October 2023, in the Hearing Room, 6th floor, Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, Washington, to consider the County Engineers Report on the advisability of vacating the right of way for a portion of Northwest 9th Avenue. Legal Description All that portion of J. S. Lyons Road being 40 feet in width as established in Book 3 Road Book, Pages 20-30, commonly known as NW 9th Avenue lying within the Northwest quarter of Section 27 and the Northeast quarter of Section 28, Township 5 North, Range 1 East of the W.M. Excepting therefrom the northerly 30 feet lying within NE 379th Street. Total length being approximately 2,640 ft in length and containing 2.4 acres. More information concerning this matter may be obtained from Clark County Public Works, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, Washington. Contact Liz Apostolis 564.397.4975. Any person wishing to give testimony in this matter should appear at the time, date, and place above stated.
