The project is estimated to cost $190,000. Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately after the bid closing time for their receipt, at which time all interested persons are entitled to attend the bid opening. Bid documents will be available for viewing and/or download beginning on March 22, 2023 at J-2 Blueprint https://plans.j2b.com/?site=evergreenps. Prospective bidders will be required to sign in as account members to have access to the project documents. Prospective bidders can call J-2 Blueprint at 360-696-1861 with any questions about setting up an account for viewing and/or downloading documents.
