NOTICE OF INTENT: LOTI, LLC, Richard Gress, 205 E 11th St Ste 200 Vancouver, WA 98660-3384, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecologys Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, LOTI Apartments, is located at 13018 NE 71st AVE in Vancouver, Clark County. This project involves 1.8 acres of soil disturbance for Highway or Road, Residential, Commercial, Utilities construction activities. All discharges and runoff goes to ground water.
