NOTICE OF INTENT TO CREATE LOCAL UTILITY DISTRICTS FOR STREET LIGHTING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Public Utility District No. I of Clark County Board of Commissioners, at their regular meeting on the 4th day of November, 2025, adopted Resolutions of Intent to create Local Utility Districts for Street Lighting as follows: LUD NO. - PROPERTY DESCRIPTION 1493 - Lots 1 through 10 inclusive, of NE 58th Ave. Cottages, in a portion of the Northwest quarter of Section 7, Township 2 North, Range 2 East of the Willamette Meridian in Clark County, WA. 1500 - Lots 1 through 16 inclusive, of Emerald Grove, in a portion of the Northeast quarter of Section 21, Township 3 North, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian in Clark County, WA. 1504 - Lots 1 through 77 inclusive, of Schnell Farms, in a portion of the Northeast quarter of Section 4, Township 2 North, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian in Clark County, WA. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a public hearing will be held at 9:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of December, 2025, at the Districts Operations Building , 8600 NE 117th Avenue, Vancouver, Washington, for the purpose of considering the establishment of the proposed LUDs including a determination of the initial assessment estimates for capitalized costs. This meeting will be an in-person and virtual meeting.
