PUBLIC NOTICE Clark Regional Wastewater District, Vanessa Johnson, 8000 NE 52nd Ct Vancouver, WA 98665-0983, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecologys Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, Wallace Heights Septic Elimination Project, is located at the vicinity of NE 11th Ave, NE 110th St, NE Stutz Rd, NE 112th St in Vancouver in Clark County. This project involves 1.29 acres of soil disturbance for Utilities construction activities. All discharges and runoff go to existing stormwater facilities and groundwater. The receiving waterbody is unknown. Any persons desiring to present their views to the Washington State Department of Ecology regarding this Application, or interested in Ecologys action on this Application, may notify Ecology in writing no later than 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice.
