INVITATION TO BID MULTI-SITES ADA & SECURITY DOOR UPGRADES WASHOUGAL SCHOOL DISTRICT PROJECT #2024-25-07 Sealed bids will be received by Washougal School District at the Front Desk Reception area of the District Office, 4855 Evergreen Way, Washougal, WA 98671 until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 8, 2025. By U.S. Mail: Washougal School District 4855 Evergreen Way Washougal WA 98671 By Hand Delivery: Washougal School District 4855 Evergreen Way Washougal WA 98671 Project Description: The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, project management, and site supervision as required to complete all work for MULTI-SITES ADA & SECURITY DOOR UPGRADES (Gause Elementary School, Cape Horn-Skye Elementary School, Canyon Creek Middle School, Washougal High School) scope of work described in the project drawings and specifications. The project is estimated to cost $600,000 Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately after the bid closing time for their receipt, at which time all interested persons are entitled to attend the bid opening. Bid documents will be available to view and/or download beginning on March 12, 2025, in the Daily Journal of Commerce (DJC). Prospective bidders can contact Sharlene Richard at srichard@djcoregon.com with any questions about setting up an account or viewing the documents.
