REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RFP 59-24: Playground Sculptures for Fruit Valley and Oakbrook Park Notice is hereby given that the City of Vancouver, Washington, will receive sealed proposals up to the hour of 3:00 p.m., Pacific Local Time, Wednesday, December 18, 2024, for the following: The City of Vancouver is seeking proposals from qualified firms/individuals for the fabrication of Glass Fiber Reinforced concrete (GFRC) and Glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) Sculptures for Fruit Valley and Oakbrook Parks. The City of Vancouver in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The City of Vancouver is committed to providing equal opportunities to State of Washington certified Minority, Disadvantaged and Womens Business Enterprises in contracting activities.
