NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Clark County Council will hold a public hearing at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, the 2nd day of December 2024, in the Hearing Room, 6th floor, Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, Washington, regarding the reconsideration of the County Engineers Report on the advisability of establishing a public county road that is currently private for a portion of Southeast 356th Avenue. Southeast 356th Avenue is east of the Washougal City boundary, runs northerly approximately 2,200 feet from Southeast Evergreen Highway, is part of or adjacent to fifteen separate parcels, and ends at the gravel aggregate mine known as Wa-shougal Pit. This public hearing will be held in hybrid format. The public is encouraged to participate in the following ways: o In person attendance in the Councils Hearing Room, 6th Floor, Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666 o Virtually via WebEx (join by phone or computer): information for the meetings will be posted on the Meeting Agendas & Archives page one week prior to the meeting: https://clark.wa.gov/councilors/clark-county-council-meetings o Submit written comments via the County website at https://www.clark.wa.gov/councilors/public-comment o Read your comments into the record.
