AMENDED PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO CHANGE A WATER RIGHT TAKE NOTICE: That the Public Utility District of Clark County (Clark) on April 18, 2023, filed Water Right Application for Change CG2-26130CWRIS. Clark requests a change to the point of withdrawal of groundwater certificate G2-26130 (priority date April 9, 1982). The water right authorizes the withdrawal of 1,000 gallons per minute and 968 acre-feet per year from a well located in the SE SE of Section 27, T. 3 N., R. 1 E.W.M., in Clark County, WA. The new point of withdrawal will be located in the SE SW of Section 21, T. 3 N., R. 1 E.W.M., in Clark County, WA. The purpose of use is for municipal supply within Clarks water supply service area. No other changes are being proposed. Protests to this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for the objections. Protests must be accompanied with a $50.00 non-refundable recording fee, check or money order only. Do not send cash.
